Best this is these guys come from a science and research background, so less fluff and more fact.
ADHD AF
A Podcast that simply wanted to have the letters ADHD AF as its name, and while officially it’s known as ADHD As Females, it’s for no other reason than to get the AF in there. All are welcome Female or other wise!
